to move your panel down, do a right click on any blank space of your panel, then select properties, there you can change the position in the general page of the panel properties dialog
transparency is in the bakcground page of the panel properties dialog, just change the background image which is included in the Zukitwo-Theme ;)

mhm are you sure you click on a blank space of the panel? If it doesn't work try to do it with drag & drop ;)
